I + 1 Comprehensible Input Hypothesis claims that we move from i to i+1 by understanding input that contains i+1″I” means previously acquired linguistic competence and extra-linguistic knowledge, and i means new knowledge or language structures that we should be ready to acquire.

Idiom A group of words whose meaning is different from the meanings of the individual words

Inflection In grammar, inflection or inflexion is the modification of a word to express different grammatical categories such as tense, mood, voice, aspect, person, number, gender and case. Conjugation is the inflection of verbs; declension is the inflection of nouns, adjectives and pronouns.
